Conveyancing Assistant

Award winning law firm is recruiting a conveyancing assistant to join its highly regarded team in Cheshire.

The firm has been established for over 30 years and has won a multitude of awards over recent years to include North West Conveyancing firm of the year. The majority of the firms business is generated by recommendation due to each matter being handled with a tailored approach to suit each individual clients requirements.

The firm is now looking to appoint an experienced conveyancing assistant to join its well regarded and progressive team.

The role will involve supporting a conveyancer working within a close knit team in handling a caseload of residential property transactions from inception through to completion to include:

* Liaising with clients and other related parties
* Carrying out searches with Land Registry
* Drafting contracts
* Requesting redemption statements
* Setting files up for exchange and completion
