A leading central Brighton firm seeking to appoint an experienced residential conveyancer
The Firm
The firm are well known central Brighton Legal 500 practice providing a broad range of legal services to both private and commercial clients. They could be described as entrepreneurial in their outlook and advise in several niche areas of law which includes some international work too.
The Residential Property team deal with the full range of conveyancing matters dealing a broad range of properties from shared ownership all the way through some of the outstanding HNW property in and around the Sussex region.
The role
You would join an established team based in Brighton, your caseload would cover a broad range residential property work including freehold and leasehold purchase and sale of properties, including shared ownership, buy to let, help to buy as well as remortgages , transfer of equity etc.
Suitability
Naturally you will consider yourself a competent and qualified (CLC, CILEX or Solicitor) residential property lawyer able to deal with a broad range of sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties and matters such as transfer of equity, remortgages, shared ownerships, buy to let etc. The firm are looking for a confident individual with ambition and ability to manage existing client relationships, business develop for new opportunities when required and generally have a keen interest to make a contribution to the further growth of the conveyancing team.
