Experienced Conveyancer for a new conveyancing team based out of the new Winchester office at a leading legal UK 200 practice
The Firm
A leading top 200 firm and one of the regions fastest growing firms, offering private individuals and commercial household names legal services with a number of offices across the region are looking to broaden the reach of what is already a very successful residential conveyancing offering.
The Role
This is a full-time role based at the office in Winchester and forms part of the existing plans for growth of the firm as a whole which itself has seen some very positive development in recent years in line with the firm's strategy of continuous growth. A further key hire for the team having recently appointed the Head of Department the position represents a chance to be part of something new with an abundance of work and further growth potential.
Suitability
The role will suit an ambitious qualified conveyancer (Solicitor, CLC , FCILEx) with at least five years fee earning experience and a strong desire to make continuous improvements. You should consider yourself a good all round communicator with the ability to manage your own mixed caseload of residential matters including sales, purchases, leasehold and unregistered titles, mortgages and transfers of ownership.
