This high calibre Legal 100 firm is recruiting into its property litigation team in Exeter.
They are searching for a solicitor or legal executive with 3-6 years' PQE within property litigation.
You will be joining a successful team which acts for public and private sector commercial clients on a wide range of real estate disputes in areas such as development, institutional investment, commercial landlord and tenant and leasehold management.
In this role, you will advise this mixed client base on a broad range of real estate disputes, including statutory lease extension and enfranchisement claims. You will act for both landlords and leaseholders. You will negotiate settlements and advise clients on proposed terms.
You will work closely with well-respected solicitors and partners and be encouraged to flourish within this very supportive team environment. You will have significant client contact and be encouraged to build an excellent reputation for yourself.
Based in a central Exeter office, you will enjoy working at this Legal 500 firm.
Flexible and work-from-home options are available, although you should live within a commutable distance of Exeter.
