An opportunity has arisen for a qualified Residential Conveyancer to work for a growing law firm in its Lyme Regis office, Dorset. This is a key role where my client is an established, highly respected law firm that is looking for either a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join this busy department.
You will run and manage a full conveyancing caseload of files from instruction through to post completion (un-supervised), dealing with sales, purchase, re-mortgages and equity release for freehold and leasehold properties.
In order to apply for the role, you MUST have 4+ years’ Residential Conveyancing experience for your CV to be considered.
