An opportunity has arisen for a qualified Residential Conveyancer to work for a growing law firm in its Lyme Regis office, Dorset. This is a key role where my client is an established, highly respected law firm that is looking for either a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join this busy department.

You will run and manage a full conveyancing caseload of files from instruction through to post completion (un-supervised), dealing with sales, purchase, re-mortgages and equity release for freehold and leasehold properties.

In order to apply for the role, you MUST have 4+ years’ Residential Conveyancing experience for your CV to be considered.

In return for your hard work, as the successful Residential Conveyancer you will be rewarded by working for a firm which strongly believes in its fee earners, developing a close professional relationship with clients, and supplies appropriate mentoring and support to develop your career.

My client is eager to shortlist for interviews as soon as possible for this Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer role in West Dorset, so please send your CV confidentially by applying on-line.

(Please note salary is just a guide and depends on the experience of the candidate).
