A unique opportunity has arisen for a Tax & Trusts Manager to join an established private client team of a Legal 500 law firm in Tunbridge Wells.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Tax & Trusts Manager who is confident advising clients on a range of matters, including preparation of trust accounts and returns, managing the completion of personal Tax Returns for beneficiaries, Court of Protection clients and retained people, assisting the probate division in dealing with tax affairs, preparing capital gains tax returns for residential property disposals and calculating liabilities to inheritance tax, capital gains tax and income tax.
Suitable candidates will have a minimum of 5 years' specialist accounting expertise in tax and trusts. Suitable qualifications are essential which might include STEP, ACCA, ACA, ATT, CTA, AAT.
