Interim Commercial Lawyer – Full-Time – South West - £450-£550 per day

An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Solicitor to join an In House / Public Sector Legal Team in the South West, on an interim basis for a minimum period of 6 months which has the opportunity to be extended up to 2 years.

This is a full-time position, ideally starting as soon as possible on a predominantly remote working basis, office attendance is required 1 week per month (accommodation will be paid for by client).

The role will be dealing with a range of duties including:

  • General advice in relation to commercial agreements and procurement matters

  • Negotiating T&C’s

  • Providing legal training to support Commercial and Procurement team

  • Drafting and agreeing SLAs

The candidate will have at least 5 years PQE, extensive commercial law experience within the Public Sector or dealing with Public Sector clients, good technical and business experience to work autonomously, excellent written and oral communication skills.

This unique opportunity is offering a very attractive rate of £450- £550 per day depending on experience.
