Our client is a 4bn plus Aum Real estate PE fund expanding rapidly and doing interesting deals, buying large hotels and shared living buildings, both building their own as well as buying.
They are in search of a 6 plus PQE funds and corporate lawyer capable of dealing with funds onboarding and fund structures for deals as well as some PE deal management. Exposure to real estate is useful.
