***3+ PQE IP / TECH ASSOCIATE / SENIOR ASSOCIATE AT LEADING UK TECH FIRM***

A leading UK Tech firm, with a burgeoning international footprint, is looking for a mid-level associate and a senior associate to join its renowned (and award winning) London IP and Tech group, which is currently in growth mode.

The role will involve working on a variety of IP and Tech related matters and will have a predominantly contentious focus. You will advise clients on multi-jurisdictional disputes across the full range of IP rights, including IT disputes, trademarks, passing off, copyright, patents, design rights, breach of confidential information, and IP licence disputes.

There is also the opportunity to support and advise clients on non-contentious technology and commercial matters too, such as brand protection, counterfeit issues, IP projects, licensing, sponsorship and endorsement arrangements, franchising and commercial contracts.

Clients range from luxury goods, retail and food, to FMCG, technology, media, life sciences, insurance and financial services.
