The Role
You will be led by a team of industry recognised Partners, dealing with a broad scope of Commercial Property work including acquisitions and disposals, funding and development work.
In terms of sectors, you will be exposure to a broad range, including but not limited to telecoms, retail, banking, financial and social housing providers. Clients consider the firm to be go-to in terms of expertise and quality.
The team is expanding due to continued growth and attention from the market, and as you develop your technical skills, you will be given real opportunity for progression, as development is structured in tune with your long-term goals.
You'll immediately be trusted to handle small to medium transactions, whilst working with more senior colleagues on larger and more complex matters.
Requirements
- You will be a Real Estate Solicitor from 2 years + PQE
- You will have a good grounding in a range of Real Estate transactions
