A Legal PA is required to join an established Law Firm based in Manchester City Centre. The PA opportunity will support a number of Partners and is offered on a permanent basis.
 
The role will be supporting top lawyers within the Commercial, Banking and Real Estate departments. This will include; legal billing, coordinating diaries, working with lawyers on managing files, supporting with business development, document management, file management, reviewing workflow, archiving, diary planning, working within policies and procedures and any other duties as required.
 
The firm have a professional yet approachable ethos, they offer a good work-life balance, offer 9am-5pm hours, and are based right in Manchester City Centre beside major transport links.
 
Ideally, we are looking for Legal Secretary or PA that has experience in Commercial, Finance, Banking or Real Estate work. You should be organised, have excellent client care skills and be highly professional. MS office experience is essential.
 
Salary advertised is a guideline and is depending on experience.
 
Hybrid working means you can work in the office 2 or 3 days per week and the remainder from home.
