Are you an experienced contracts manager?
Do you have experience of working within an in-house environment?

My client is a large organisation based in the Midlands that is looking for an experienced commercial contracts manager to join their team on a 6 month basis, although this contract may be extended beyond the initial period. This role can be worked entirely remotely, so where you are based is not an obstacle. My client will provide all IT and equipment necessary to undertake this role.

If you are confident reviewing and amending a range of standard form contracts and are confident working autonomously, this may be the ideal next step for you. You will be required to possess an eye for detail, and an approachable manner when dealing with other teams within the organisation. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience working on matters relating to a range of commercial contracts. These will include the below:

  • Research & Development contracts
  • Non-disclosure agreements
  • Collaboration agreements
  • Funding agreements
  • Intellectual property matters

This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and successful in-house Corporate team. The team provides legal support in all areas to various internal stakeholders and aims to support the organisation with a proactive and solution-focused approach. This team is undergoing an exciting period of change within its legal services and you will be able to assist and shape the way it moves forward over the coming months. You may be an experienced contracts manager or paralegal, or a qualified lawyer seeking a change in direction. You will be engaged in often complex and interesting work within an experienced, supportive team which develops and values its staff.

If you are looking for your next role and are adept at handling commercial contracts, please apply today!
