LEGAL 500 FIRM - LONDON - PRODUCT LIABILITY

This is a fantastic role where you would come into the firm as an Associate, and be able to pick up an existing caseload of work built up by the partner in this sector.

This team assists corporate and insurer clients across high profile cases on an international scale. These cases extend across the full product life cycle: product launch, regulatory compliance, corporate social responsibility, corrective actions, product liability litigation that ranges from individual claims to complex disputes. Further actions could include supervising foreign claims, mass torts and group actions, and could even continue to criminal investigations.

This firm are looking for 3-5 years' relevant experience in product regulatory or product liability matters, and this experience could vary from life sciences to consumer goods to technology or even cosmetics. This experience is ideal but by no means essential. A technical background or knowledge of legislative processes would also be beneficial.

A strong interest in life sciences innovation would serve you well in this role, as you might gain a lot of exposure to this area.
