A Local Authority in London looking for a Housing Lawyer to join their team on a temporary basis.

Your new role
As a Local Authority Housing Lawyer you will be conducting a mixed case load of housing litigation cases on behalf of the council. You will be dealing with a variety of housing matters and possession proceedings, including unauthorised occupancy, homelessness and housing allocation related litigation.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this position you will be a qualified solicitor with experience in housing law. You will have good knowledge of the Housing Act 1985 and other social housing legislation and be able to give a clear, practical advice to clients as well as drafting pleadings, statements and other litigation related documents.
