Commercial Litigation Solicitor – This large, Legal 500 and Chambers ranked Essex firm have asked us to assist them in finding a newly qualified Litigation Solicitor to join their highly regarded Dispute Resolution team.
About the Role
This Tier 1 ranked Legal 500 department are now seeking a Solicitor with up to 2 years PQE to handle a range of matters for a diverse client base. The team provides practical advice to companies, businesses and individuals on the best way of resolving a wide range of disputes including:
- Contract claims
- Shareholder and corporate disputes
- Partnership disputes
- Debt collection
- Property & Construction disputes
- Insolvency
Candidate Requirements
You will need to show previous experience (either gained during training or whilst undertaking your first years upon qualifying) of handling a mixed caseload of commercial and civil dispute resolution work. You will be expected to deliver quality legal advice, have sound drafting and negotiation skills and a desire to play a key role in the future development of the team.
