Senior CRM Executive

An international law firm is looking to recruit a Senior CRM Executive to sit within their dedicated CRM team based in London. This permanent opportunity will report directly to the Senior CRM Manager and work alongside two others in the team.

It’s an exciting time to join the firm as they have just begun the global implementation of a new CRM system, Intapp CRM, an innovative contact management and client intelligence solution.

The firm are one of the earliest adopters of Intapp CRM amongst law firms and they are working closely with Intapp to help develop functionalities in line with their needs and objectives.

Working with the Senior CRM Manager, you will help to configure the new system and champion Intapp CRM across the business.

Focus points

• CRM customisation and administration
• CRM Roll-out and training
• Support the wider marketing team

The successful candidate will have experience in;

• Demonstrable experience and achievement in CRM
• Extensive CRM systems experience (e.g. Salesforce, InterAction or another major CRM platform used in professional services)
• Data management and data analysis skills
• Database and data warehouse knowledge
• Sound understanding of client development and the wider BD/Marketing mix in a professional services environment
