Private Client Solicitor

A fantastic opportunity for a Senior Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a well-established multi office law firm in their Private Client team based in Leicester 3+PQE

The position would ideally suit a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive or equivalent with at least 3+ years PQE based in Leicester

We would very much like to hear from solicitors with a solid level of experience in Private Client Matters.

There is a really positive team atmosphere here and you will be encouraged to develop your career further. Excellent Client facing skills and good team working are essential here, and there will be plenty of client contact

This full-time role will be varied and challenging, where you will work on your own caseload of quality private client matters. The successful candidate will be expected to deal with all aspects of the matter from inception through to completion. A background in handling their own caseload of private client matters

The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:

Will drafting including complex wills, estate and inheritance tax planning.

Estate Administration.

Taking instructions and preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney for both health and welfare and property and financial affairs.

An understanding of trusts work is desirable but not essential.
