A residential property lawyer is needed for an established Surrey Hills firm within its award-winning residential property department.
In this position, you will be working as part of a team and taking on your own mixed caseload of sales & purchase, lease extensions and enfranchisement, transfer of equity, shared ownership, and equity release. The department is CQS accredited and so ensures it provides high professional standards, as well as delivering excellent customer service.
You must have a minimum of 2 years' PQE, have experienced a full range of residential conveyancing matters, be keen to assist the partner (when necessary), and manage your own caseload.
