Corporate Commercial Paralegal

They are now looking for a paralegal to join their expanding team in Taunton. You will have at least 3 years' experience within corporate law.

Here you will support an established team of energetic and enthusiastic company commercial lawyers, all with the common aim to grow the already busy department and provide an unrivaled service and level of advice to clients.

You will assist with a broad range of corporate and company commercial work including: 

• Commercial contracts (general contracts, supply, distribution and franchise agreements, and terms and conditions)
• IP and IT matters
• Transactional corporate matters, M&A 
• Business planning, support, and compliance
• Regulatory (including eCommerce Regulations) 
• Protecting businesses and assets
• Company Secretarial matters
