A Legal 500 and Chambers rated full-service law firm with a strong presence in Surrey has a great opportunity for a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE to join its team.
The department acts for a range of clients with property in the UK and overseas, including developers, land owners, investors and pension funds, dealing with disposals and acquisitions, landlord and tenant, drafting leases and acting for both lender and borrower in commercial financing and re-financing matters.
You will take on a high level of responsibility from day one, undertake business development activities and enjoy working as part of a close team.
