In-House Commercial Contracts
We are partnering with multi-national business who are actively seeking to recruit for an In-House Commercial Contracts Specialist.
You will have experience in general commercial contracts which includes reviewing, negotiating, and advising on non-disclosure agreements, terms and conditions, framework services agreements, plus GDPR and data protection.
Non-qualified and qualified applicants with been considered from and in-house or private practice background. You will be able to work independently as well as part of a team, with excellent communication skills, be highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
The role offers predominately remote working with some travel to the office based in the Essex region.
