Our client is a leading law firm located in Guildford who are seeking to recruit an ambitious and enthusiastic Personal Injury NQ Solicitor to join their dynamic and passionate team.
The successful Personal Injury NQ solicitor will deal with all aspects of Serious Injury work. Fulfil personal PI/SI case load which involves interaction with external parties. You'll be working with and learning from some brilliant and highly recognised Partners and Solicitors in this specialist area of law who work on life-changing cases where your empathy and your desire to make a difference ensure you are impacting the lives of their clients.
The ideal Personal Injury Solicitor will be a self-sufficient fee earner who meets fee income targets and works profitably, and who assists with:
- Coaching and mentoring of junior staff
- Business development and marketing
- Administration functions within the team/department
- Managing key developer relationships and encouraging new relationships
This role offers a highly competitive salary of £40,000.
