Corporate Tax Legal PA

Leading US law firm housed in Stunning offices on the heart of the city is looking to hire a new PA to work for a Corporate Tax Partners and Associates on a permanent basis to work two days a week in the office, three days a week at home.  A generous salary of up to £45,000 is on offer, plus fantastic benefits.

Responsibilities will include extensive diary management, coordination of complex business itineraries and travel arrangements, organising and prioritising telephone calls, mail, documents and projects, manage schedules and organise activities such as meetings, conferences and departmental activities, maintain filing and records management systems and transcribes from tapes, handwritten materials and/or dictation.  Plus you will be asked to utilises the Firm’s computer systems and software applications, prepares legal documents and opening new files.  The successful candidate should be capable of building an understanding of the nature of their Partner’s work, as well as establishing relationships with clients and personnel across the firm. 

Candidates should be proactive, confident in their abilities and should be able to manage their time efficiently.  Previous Corporate legal experience is required, as are excellent written and verbal communication skills.  The hours for this role are 9.30am – 5.30pm.
