Commercial Dispute Resolution Solicitor, Leeds, 5+PQE, Permanent. This top 100 law firm are currently looking for an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join their Litigation & Dispute management team.

PQE REQUIRED: At least 5 years PQE

SALARY: Up to £65,000 (£DOE)

THE ROLE:
This busy team is looking for an ambitious Commercial Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join its successful team in dealing with a broad range of commercial disputes. The appointed Commercial Dispute Resolution Solicitor will get the chance to join a team that act on behalf of both private and public sector clients. The role will involve representing clients on a broad range of disputes to include, technology, energy, public procurement, product liability, manufacturing, cyber and data privacy litigation as well as general Commercial Disputes. This firm is a highly regarded, full-service practice, with a quality driven approach to their work. You will play a key role in driving the department to further success over the coming months and years.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitors with excess of 5 years’ experience in this area of law. The successful applicant will assist in managing a busy client portfolio within Commercial litigation matters. You will need to be extremely good at juggling the demands of multiple cases and be able to work proactively at all times, and independently where required.
