REGULATORY CRIME LAWYER

This leading global law firm in their core sectors is recruiting a Regulatory Crime Lawyer to join its team focussing on defence health and safety, environmental crime, motor crime, fire safety, food safety and coroner's inquests.

Role Overview

You will join one of the most well established regulatory teams in the country. The department deals with a mix of criminal and regulatory work representing insured individuals and companies.

Your practice will comprise advising both corporates and individuals in connection with internal and external investigations, disclosures to regulators, regulatory investigations and throughout regulatory enforcement or criminal action.

Candidate Profile

The firm is seeking someone with the following experience/characteristics:

• The successful candidate will likely be NQ-3+ years PQE and will display excellent legal ability and initiative, as well as confidence in managing and prioritising a full caseload.
• They will be a strong communicator with good attention to detail.
• Candidates are invited from a defence or prosecution background with experience of regulatory criminal defence as a minimum at trainee level.
• This is an exciting opportunity to get exposure to good quality work and training, working within a leading national health and safety department.
