Great opportunity to join our client's highly regarded Social Services team as a Childcare Solicitor.
Client Details
Our client is a well known national firm seeking a Childcare Solicitor for their office in Liverpool.
Description
As a Childcare Solicitor you will deal with the full range of Childcare matters including:
- Manage own caseload of childcare cases, providing advice and representation to clients
- Assist other members of the team with their caseloads of childcare cases
- Conduct legal proceedings before the courts and tribunals, including advocacy
- Attend off-site visits and meetings, such as Court Hearings, clients' offices etc
- Assist the team and wider department with the development of the regulatory practice
- Carry out and attend marketing and business development activities and events
- Ensure relevant deadlines, quality measures and KPI are adhered to
Profile
You will be a Childcare Solicitor of 1-10 PQE working in the legal industry looking for a new role. Please note that the level of experience identified in this advert is a guide only and does not preclude candidates with more or less PQE from applying.
