Residential Conveyancer, Somerset

New role for an experienced residential conveyancing solicitor to join a leading Regional Law firm. You will be joining a well established friendly firm, who can offer good support and IT infrastructure and career progression prospects. You will be dealing with the full range of conveyancing including all aspects of the conveyancing process, whether it be sales, purchases, re-mortgages or transfers of equity. You will be involved in running your own caseload as well as getting involved in the planning and business development of the department and in the sharing of technical knowledge and good practice. This is a standalone role and although there are other fee earners in this office, you will be the sole residential conveyancer and should therefore have enough experience to be able to work with minimal supervision.
