This Big 4 Accountancy Practice seek to recruit a Corporate Director/Partner to join their team in Dublin, Cork or Galway.

Our Client:

- Our client is an award winning, world-class global accountancy practice with a highly successful global legal services offering.
- Due to ambitious growth plans, this Big 4 practice is now seeking to recruit a senior corporate solicitor to join its corporate team.
-They have already recruited a corporate director and are looking to recruit another to work alongside them and help grow the team in Ireland.
-This is a unique opportunity for an experienced, technically excellent and strategic Corporate Lawyer with at least six years post-qualification experience looking for a challenging and rewarding new role away from traditional private practice working within the Legal Services team of a Big 4 Accountancy Practice.


The role:

-6 PQE+ Corporate Solicitor
- Technical reorganisations
- Corporate and share restructurings
- M&A deals
- Joint ventures
- Capital reductions
- Corporate governance and advisory work
