Sellick Partnership are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to work with an established leading Sussex law firm. The firm are looking for an experienced individual to start immediately or at short notice.

Our client is looking for a candidate available to work full-time. The successful candidate will be dealing with a varied caseload and therefore will have a wealth of experience in dealing with the following areas:

• Leases and Licenses
• Sales and Acquisitions
• Landlord and Tenant Matter
• Regeneration Project Work
• Providing legal advice
