Commercial Professional Support Lawyer, Leeds, part-time

The PSL jobs market is definitely hotting up in Leeds and we are working with this popular international firm who are looking for a part time Commercial professional support lawyer to join their busy, high ranking Commercial team.

Focus of the role
- Maintaining and continuing to develop the firm's suite of Commercial precedents is a key focus
- Designing and developing training materials, both for fee earners within the firm and also, from time to time, specific clients
- Delivering training or collaborating with key partners and fee earners to deliver training across commercial contracts, IP, technology and data privacy
- Putting together and delivering legal updates to the team or clients
- Horizon scanning, keeping up to date with what is happening in the market

Who are they looking for?
- You will be a Commercial solicitor (or possibly Barrister) with at least 5 years' experience, preferably in private practice but possibly in-house
- You may already be a professional support lawyer or be looking to move into this area from fee earning
- You will enjoy building long lasting relationships with partners, fee earners and other key stakeholders
- You will have excellent attention to detail and enjoy the intellectual side of the law, as well as sharing your knowledge with others
- You will have a clear, focused approach and excellent communication skills
