Corporate Solicitor, Manchester, NQ - 2 years’ PQE. A well-regarded, successful firm in the North are actively seeking a driven Solicitor to join their growing Corporate team in Manchester. 

JOB TITLE: Corporate Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: NQ – 2 years
LOCATION: Manchester
SALARY: Up to £50,000 (£DOE)

THE ROLE:
This busy firm in the North West are currently looking for an ambitious Corporate Solicitor to take on a varied case load of matters to include M&A, join ventures, restructurings and reorganisations, shareholder agreements, private equity and venture capital. You will be joining this reputable team and will be working with a varied and interesting client base.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from newly qualified Solicitors or Solicitors who will have gained anything up to 2 years’ experience in a corporate department of a law firm. You will have strong organisational skills and attention to detail, you will possess the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines to ensure we are providing the best level of service to the client. It is expected that the Corporate Solicitor will hit the ground running from the outset and take on a busy caseload, in addition to supporting other members of the team.
