Private Client Paralegal / wills assistant required by a leading 500 law firm based in South Birmingham. With multiple offices across the Midlands, the firm have experienced significant growth and are now looking for an experienced paralegal / wills assistant to join their team.
Description
As a Private Client Paralegal you will be within a friendly and supportive team and have exposure to a range of private client matters from wills, contentious probate, trusts and powers of attorney. A typical day could involve taking instructions and preparing simple / complex wills and assisting other fee earners with their private client files. Ultimately you will build up to run your own caseload.
Profile
To be considered for this role you must have experience as a private client paralegal / wills assistant. You will be able to draft a simple will, have excellent file management skills and be able to communicate in a confident manner.
