A national firm seeks a solicitor to join them in their clinical negligence team, based in either Birmingham or Bristol.

The Firm

They offer a comprehensive range of legal services from offices in Birmingham, Bristol, Leeds and London, and they boast an award winning clinical negligence team.


The Role

This role involves managing a full caseload of pre-litigated and litigated matters for NHS Resolution and insurers; developing relationships with clients and liaising with primary care practitioners; and supporting the partners, senior associates and associates with business development and projects.


Experience and Qualities Required

- Defendant Clinical Negligence Experience
- Experience of claims against primary care practitioners
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships
- Strong drafting and legal analysis skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues at junior and senior levels
- Strong project management skills
- A practical and commercial approach
