Pure Search are instructed by a leading international law firm who are highly ranked for upper mid-market and premium M&A deals.

The Firm:

Our client is a leading international law firm, with significant international scope, both in terms of its offices and the range of work on offer.

The Corporate team is widely regarded as one of the most prestigious teams in Europe, working for a range of sell-side and buy-side clients, ranging from financial institutions through to leading technology, media, energy, leisure and real estate groups.

The Role:

The role represents an ideal grounding for a junior corporate lawyer, with exposure to:

  • A range of M&A transactions across a broad range of sectors;
  • Private Equity;
  • Venture Capital;
  • Joint Ventures;
  • Corporate advisory matters.

You will also have opportunities to support the wider team with business development initiatives, raising the profile of the team and the firm as a whole.

About You:

You will be have at least six-months corporate experience, either gained during your training contract or post-qualification, with a breadth of experience including private M&A.

You will be looking for a firm with a strong learning and development culture and a market-leading reputation, yet with more palatable hours and an inclusive and collaborative culture.
