Residential Conveyancing Lawyer

Residential Property Solicitor, Suffolk – With the opportunity and scope to build the caseload, this established practice has identified the need for an additional Residential Conveyancer to advise on all types of residential property transactions. 

JOB TITLE: Residential Property Solicitor/Legal Executive / Fee Earner / Paralegal
PQE REQUIRED: 2+
LOCATION: Suffolk
SALARY: Circa £35,000 - £45,000

THE ROLE:
The team covers all aspects of residential conveyancing and they are seeking to appoint another fee earner into the team to handle their own caseload of residential property transactions from initial instruction through to completion. You will ideally possess the ability to advise on the sales and purchases of residential properties, re-mortgages, transfer of equity, lease extensions and also property registrations.

THE CANDIDATE:
The appointed Residential Conveyancer will have at least 2 years’ experience and possess the necessary skills to deal with residential property matters from initial instruction through to completion. Taking on an existing caseload you will be able to provide advice on freehold and leasehold, transfers and sales, lease extensions, and other Residential Property matters. Ideal Residential Conveyancers will have excellent business development and networking skills and will be able to come in and hit the ground running with you own caseload of matters.

SALARY & BENEFITS:
Circa £35,000 - £45,000 dependent on experience.
