A full-service firm is looking to add a Private Client Solicitor to their team on a full-time, permanent contract. This firm, which is based in Sittingbourne, Kent, has experienced an uplift thanks to the introduction of a top City litigation lawyer, making this an attractive destination for any ambitious solicitor.

About the Role

The role requires that the Private Client Solicitor take on several responsibilities, amongst them are:

  • Taking on a varied caseload across many different areas.
  • Managing matters relating to wills, probate, trusts, tax planning, guardianship, lasting powers of attorney, and court of protection.
  • Amplifying the firm’s status and reputation.

Your Profile

The firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor with the following experience and qualities:

  • An NQ+ Private Client Solicitor, with no cap on experience.
  • Commitment to and evidence of a high standard of work and client care.
  • A proven track record of generating and billing new business.

Salary and Benefits

Working alongside some of the region’s leading lawyers, the Private Client Solicitor will receive a salary of between £30,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. This position also allows for remote working, and you can access increasing holiday entitlement the longer you’re with the business.
