A long-established specialist firm is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor at their base in Uckfield, East Sussex. This firm, which enjoys an envious reputation in court advocacy, requires the Property Litigation Solicitor on a permanent, full-time contract. 

Your New Role

The Property Litigation Solicitor is needed for various key responsibilities, including:

  • Running a caseload of contentious and non-contentious landlord and tenant matters.
  • Dealing with clients ranging from single property landlords to managing agents and insurers.
  • Providing effective support to the Senior Solicitor of the property team on more complex matters, with a view to gradually taking on these cases individually once you’ve reached the requisite training standards and experience.

About You

To be a good fit for this position, you’ll need the following attributes:

  • Litigation Lawyer or Legal Executive of NQ-2 PQE.
  • A solid understanding of civil procedure rules and litigation procedures.
  • An excellent standard of work and client care.

Salary and Benefits

The successful Property Litigation Solicitor will be offered a salary of between £34,000 - £44,000 per annum. This is an estimated salary band which could widen depending on the candidate’s experience. The firm also offers comprehensive training and a wonderful working environment where you can grow.
