Are you a 2-5 PQE Commercial Property Solicitor looking for a change in direction? A leading London firm based in Farringdon are looking for a smart and diligent Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team.

Commercial property sits at the heart of what this firm does. Their people-centric and entrepreneurial culture should give you a great platform to grow your client base in a collegiate and team environment.

Having received a number of recent instructions, the firm has a growing client portfolio, including numerous retail companies, franchises and challenger banks.

About You

  • 2-5 PQE Commercial Property Solicitor. Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales.
  • Familiar with all aspects of commercial property, with a focus on landlord & tenant.
  • Passionate about your clients and business you work with.

The Opportunity

  • Collegiate team based in Farringdon.
  • Mixed client base, start-ups, SME’s and PLC’s.
  • People-centric, entrepreneurial culture.

The Role

  • Full spectrum of real estate work.
  • Work includes: landlord & tenant, development and secured lending.
