My client is a financial services organisation who are looking to hire a permanent in-house legal counsel on as a result of ongoing growth. They have Central London based offices but everyone is still based remotely for the time being and will eventually move to a hybrid model in 2022.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a small legal team as a legal counsel, and the purpose of the role is to support on project work, which may include regulatory, bulk annuities, and corporate restructurings.

Candidates can be UK or foreign qualified, as long as you hold a valid practising certificate, and have a minimum of 2 years PQE.  Experience and/or knowledge of bulk annuities, pension de-risking, reinsurance and/or protection or at least a grounding in pensions or life insurance is highly preferred.

Please note our advertisements use PQE/salary levels purely as a guide. However we are happy to consider applications from all candidates who are able to demonstrate the skills necessary to fulfil the role.

At LAW Absolute we endeavour to respond to all applications within 48 hours. However due to the volume of applications we receive we may not be able to respond to every candidate individually.

If you have not heard from us within a 48 hour timeframe your application has not been successful and your details have not been retained. LAW Absolute acts as an employment business for temporary recruitment and as an employment agency for fixed term contract and permanent recruitment.
