A fantastic opportunity has just arisen for a Paralegal to join the market leading Property Litigation department of a mid-sized international London firm.
The team:
The firm’s Real Estate department is core to the business and the Real Estate Disputes team has extensive experience acting for public and private sector commercial clients on a wide range of real estate disputes in areas such as development, institutional investment, enfranchisement and service charges.
The role:
The successful Property Litigation Paralegal can look forward to:
  • Advising a mixed client base on a broad range of real estate disputes
  • Drafting court proceedings, witness statements and affidavits
  • Negotiating settlements with opposing parties
  • Preparing court bundles
  • Supporting the wider Dispute Resolution & Litigation team
About you:
  • LLB/GDL graduate
  • LPC desirable but not essential
  • Previous property paralegal experience required, property litigation experience desirable
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work to deadlines
