A Prestigious US Law Firm is looking to hire a new Corporate Legal PA to join on a permanent basis, to work for the Head of Department/Co-Head of London Office and team.  Candidates will be working from the office 3 days a week with 2 days working from home.

Responsibilities will include, developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of clients, sector mandates, stakeholders and projects, understanding priorities, potential issues, sensitivities and key client stakeholders and practically apply this knowledge to support partners, fee earners across a range of activities. Candidates will assist with diary management, draft letters and correspondence, maintain a client database and will act as the key liaison point between clients (both internal and external) and take full responsibility for handling incoming queries/issues, assessing, prioritising and following up requests and actions, whilst managing clients expectations, acting as an integral member of the team, maintaining a high level of awareness of current priorities and support required, providing support to the wider team, streamlining and distributing administrative task and managing resources in order to provide an effective and efficient service.

Candidates need to have previous Corporate Legal Secretarial experience within a City Law Firm, standard hours are 9.30am – 5.30pm. Salary on offer for this role goes up to £50,000.
