A highly regarded law firm based in Scunthorpe is currently seeking a qualified Commercial Litigation Fee Earner with between 1 and 5 years PQE or equivalent.

 

The successful Solicitor will be working as part of an exciting and well-regarded team with a wealth of expertise across all aspects of commercial and civil disputes.

 

Working closely with several experienced fee earners, you will be expected to deal with a full remit of commercial and civil litigation, including shareholder and partnership disputes, property disputes including disputes between cohabitants relating to property and disputes between neighbours, contract disputes, professional negligence, IP disputes and debt recovery.

 

The ideal candidate will:

 

  • Be a qualified legal executive or solicitor with between 1 to 5 years' relevant post qualification experience (or equivalent).
  • Be willing to manage their own caseload and support other members of the department as required.
  • Have the ability to network and develop the business and have a strong work ethic.
  • Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
