A highly regarded legal 100 rated law firm with a national presence are looking to add a lawyer to their corporate team within the Thames Valley.
The role will involve working on a range of transnational and non-transnational corporate work that will include company mergers, acquisitions, MBO's, joint ventures and investor shareholders' agreements and AIM flotations.
The firm has doubled the size of their Thames Valley office in the last 2 years with some high profile hires across various disciplines and has further ambitious plans for further growth across the business in terms of their corporate offering so there are some really exciting opportunities for lawyers at the moment/
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience of working within a city, national or well respected regional practice.
Realistic partnership progression will be made available for lawyers who can come in and play their part in the firms continued success.
