Our client, an excellent Top 50 Central London law firm is seeking an interim Planning Solicitor for 2 months in December and January.
The Planning Team is highly ranked in the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners, and sits in the firms' highly regarded Real Estate department.
The successful Planning Solicitor is likely to have upwards of 6+ PQE with relevant Planning experience gained at a Top 200 or international law firm. Experience in the drafting and negotiation of s106 agreements is essential.
