This Top 50 national practice is searching for a Senior Commercial Litigation Associate to join their high-performing team in Birmingham. In this long-standing Commercial Litigation Team, the candidate will have the opportunity to work with a range of successful and influential businesses in the UK and internationally. The Commercial Litigation Associate is required on a full-time, permanent contract.
Your New Role
In this position, these are the key responsibilities that you’ll be responsible for:
- Covering a range of commercial disputes, including commercial and contracts litigation, corporate disputes, and professional negligence.
- Getting involved in the strategic running of the team.
- Managing junior solicitors and business development.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and characteristics:
- Minimum of 4 years’ PQE.
- Self-sufficient in handling commercial litigation matters.
- Comfortable dealing with high-end clients and individuals.
- Passionate and enthusiastic attitude.
The Offer
The candidate will receive a salary offer of between £50,000 - £60,000 per annum. This will be accompanied by a benefits package too. The position also allows for flexible working, in an environment where autonomy and agile working is prioritised.
