Paralegal- Media

We are working with a dynamic and fast growing digital media agency in their search for the company’s first paralegal.

The role

• Provide comprehensive support to the legal team and coordinate global teams  including external clients.  
• Manage the administration of compliance policies and procedures… 
• Help with the drafting and reviewing of a broad range of commercial contracts
• Manage the trademarks portfolio.
• General legal research and fact finding.

Candidate experience

• Strong experience in paralegal duties, legal coordination, managing contracts and deal approval processes.
• Ability to understand, proof read and draft legal language while reviewing contract terms.
• Conscientious and hard-working approach; extremely accurate, methodical and with an eye for detail and presentation.
• Highly organised, efficient and adaptable; able to proactively plan workload, manage priorities and respond immediately to changing or ad hoc requirements.
• Able to maintain complete confidentiality and work with the utmost discretion and integrity at all times.
• Excellent communication skills and relates to people at all levels.
• Trustworthy and exercises a strong work ethic.
• Takes responsibility for own work and self-prioritize in a quickly shifting environment.
• Calm, reliable and professional manner.
• Previous experience in Digital/Media advantageous.  A genuine interest in Digital/Media a must.
• European language advantageous.
