Client Development Manager

Client Development Manager – new client facing role in mid-sized international law firm, managing the key client programme for the insurance group.

The role will involve:

• Developing the strategy for the insurance group key client programme;
• Working with Key Account Partners to manage specific key accounts;
• Running internal relationship meetings and ensuring that actions are followed up on;
• Coaching and supporting partners ahead of client meetings;
• Developing new products and value adds for key accounts;
• Conducting client listening and client feedback;
• Using the full marketing mix to get closer to key clients

You will have strong business development and client relationship management experience gained in a professional services environment. Ideally, you will have had some exposure to the insurance sector.
