Our client is a firm long-established in the City of London.
THE ROLE
An ambitious and experienced solicitor is sought to join the expanding and busy commercial and technology team.
The role encompasses a broad range of work including commercial contracts, IT supply and support agreements, intellectual property, data protection and corporate support.
ABOUT YOU
With 2-4pqe, you will have experience of commercial law along with either experience or an interest in IT software / service contracts.
An empathy with the aims of the not for profit sector would be helpful.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and client care skills paired with a strong academic background.
