Excellent new role for an NQ or junior Corporate solicitor in Oxford to work with our highly regarded and rated client firm who are looking for a new member to join their friendly Corporate team. This is a dynamic law firm providing a full range of legal services across the UK. The Corporate team provides support to a wide range of high calibre clients from various sectors including energy, real estate and financial services. As a Corporate solicitor, your work will include:
- Corporate Governance issues
- Statutory and Regulatory issues
- Mergers and Acquisitions
- Joint Ventures and Collaborations
- Private equity and public company transactions
