This is a great opportunity for an experienced commercial property solicitor/FCILEx with a minimum of 2 years' PQE to join a Legal 500 and Chambers rated full-service law firm in Surrey.
The department acts for a range of clients with property in the UK and overseas, including developers, landowners, investors and pension funds, dealing with disposals and acquisitions, landlord and tenant, drafting leases and acting for both lender and borrower in commercial financing and re-financing matters.
